BMD Announces Acquisition of Teranex Systems
Αθήνα 8 Δεκεμβρίου 2011: Ανακοινώθηκε σήμερα η εξαγορά της Teranex από την Blackmagic Design. Η κίνηση αυτή είναι προς το συμφέρον και των δύο εταιριών αφού στην BMD δίνει τεχνολογία και πατέντες της Teranex και στην Teranex οικονομική ευρωστία για να συνεχίσει να εξελίσσει την πλατφόρμα της.
Η AmyDV προωθεί και υποστηρίζει τα προϊόντα και τον δύο εταιριών, με κορυφαία ίσως εγκατάσταση για την Teranex, αυτή του εργαστηρίου του ιστορικού αρχείου της ERT (http://www.amydv.gr/?p=362).

(http://www.teranex.com/), a leading manufacturer of high performance video processing products for the post production and broadcast industries. Teranex, headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Blackmagic Design.
